| Cancellation |
Cancellations and modifications must be received by 4:00 PM EST, one week prior to arrival, to avoid a fee equal to the full stay, including taxes and fees. As a small, family-owned property, we are unable to offer refunds for shortened stays, late arrivals, or early departures. Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in a no-show charge equal to the full stay. |
| Reservation Guarantee & Payments | All bookings require a credit card guarantee. On arrival we pre-authorize $250 for incidentals. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover. No checks. |
| Guest Capacity | Each room accommodates the maximum number of guests indicated during booking; additional overnight guests cannot be accommodated. |
| Front Desk Hours | 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, depending on seasonality |
| Check In / Out | Check-in: 3:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM. |
| Parking | Municipal street parking is available free of charge. The hotel is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or belongings. |
| Smoking & Open Flames | Smoking and open flames are not permitted in any room. Violations incur a minimum cleaning fee of $250. |
| Beach Badges | Required between Memorial Day and Labor Day; available for purchase at beach access points. |
| Pets | Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome with appropriate documentation; a $150 cleaning fee applies. |
| Children | For the comfort of all guests, children under five cannot be accommodated. Reservations that do not meet this requirement will be forfeited. |
| Accessibility | As a historic 1904 structure, the property does not include an elevator. Blackout curtains are intentionally omitted to preserve the natural character of the rooms and allow the gentle coastal light to move through the space. Eye masks are available upon request. | COVID-19 & Illness Notice | Please follow all CDC/New Jersey guidelines. If exposed or symptomatic within 21 days, do not visit. By staying you assume all health risks and release the hotel from related liability. |
