• Appointments - We encourage scheduling in advance, particularly for weekend appointments, as availability and pricing may vary.
• Arrival - Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time to settle in. Late arrivals will conclude at the scheduled time, and fees cannot be adjusted.
• Cancellation - Cancellations made fewer than 24 hours before the appointment will incur the full service charge.
• Gratuity & Payments - A 20% gratuity is added to each service at the time of checkout.
• Health Considerations - If you are pregnant or have medical conditions such as high blood pressure or allergies, please inform us when booking so we may tailor your experience accordingly.
